My experience with legacy was truly amazing. All of the staff always made sure I was doing ok and had everything I needed and if I did not have it, they found a way to procure it for me. This was my first experience ever in a treatment facility let along ever trying to become sober. The groups, therapist, facilitator’s, etc….. made the experience for me very smooth and comfortable. I was never afraid to ask question or ask for help. Legacy treated me like a member of their family and not like a number they can look over. Legacy went above and beyond for myself and my family, I can not thank everyone there enough. They helped save my life. Legacy was exactly what I needed when I needed it. The staff is incredible and professional and care so much. They don’t always tell you what you want to hear but they always tell you what you NEED to hear and that is what’s important and what helped me to get to where I needed to be. They helped me get through some of the hardest things I’ve ever done and they will always have a special place in my heart. Of course the facilities are amazing but most of all the people there really care about what they’re doing and do their job the right way. I couldn’t have received better care even if I didn’t understand it at the time, I slowly got better and started to appreciate the incredible care I was receiving. They have sooo much patience. Came to Legacy Healing Center Fort Lauderdale for the second time with in the last 3 years and loved it, from staff. Lindsey and Carley, Cali, Mrs. Keisha, Jodi I could go on and not to mention there group facilitators especially Mrs.Ingrid , and Mrs.V, it's amazing what Mrs.V does for us all. Including the family weekend where my daughter was able to fly in from Texas and join a group of other clients and there family at a very nice hotel the put us at. All around from staff to food to the homes and now apartments that I current am stay are amazing. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to receive treatment for themselves or loved ones. Florida is a place to be especially coming from Texas. You will not be disappointed in any way. ~ Margaret S
